LSI Insights - The AI-Native Organisation
What types of AI training do leadership teams really need?
Across many organisations, AI training still means short demos, a few prompts, and a policy slide. Meanwhile, the real exposure sits elsewhere: decisions about operating models, accountability, economics, and reputational risk. The gap is widening between what AI can do in pilots and what institutions must redesign to use it safely at scale.
Executive summary The rush to “train everyone on AI” often hides a harder issue: leadership work is changing faster than job titles. AI programmes create new failure modes, new governance expectations, and new economics, but also new routes to measurable productivity and better decisions. Useful training therefore looks less like tool tuition and more like judgement practice under uncertainty: what to automate, what to supervise, what to centralise, how to prove ROI, and how to keep compliance and trust intact.
